Gmail
Automated emails that come from a no-reply address get ignored. Frontier connects to your Gmail so automated follow-ups, quote reminders, appointment confirmations, and review requests look like they came from you personally — because they did.
How It Works
Frontier connects to your Gmail via Google OAuth. Outbound automated emails are sent through your real Gmail address. Replies come back to your Gmail inbox like any other email. You can reply manually or let automated sequences handle follow-ups based on what the customer does next.
What Data Moves
- Automated follow-up → sent from your Gmail address
- Customer reply → lands in your Gmail inbox
- Email open/click tracking → updates lead status in your dashboard
- Unsubscribe → removes contact from future sequences
What This Means for Your Business
- Quote follow-up emails look like they came from you personally, not a robot
- Review request emails get higher response rates when they come from your real address
- Replies from customers land in Gmail where you already handle email
- Customers recognize your name in the from field and actually open the message
Common Questions
Will this send from my personal Gmail or business account?
Either — you choose which Gmail account to connect. We recommend a business address (yourname@yourbusiness.com) for professional appearance.
Can I see what was sent?
Yes. Sent emails appear in your Gmail Sent folder just like emails you write manually.
