We provide business automation, virtual receptionist, lead follow-up, consulting, and related services. Specific deliverables depend on the plan or session you purchase.

Bookings & Appointments

• The free assessment is offered at no cost and with no obligation.
• Paid sessions and plan onboarding calls require payment to confirm your appointment. Your time slot is held briefly while you complete payment and is confirmed once payment is received.
• Please arrive on time for scheduled sessions. If you need to reschedule, contact us in advance.

Payments

• Prices are listed on our website and are processed securely through Stripe.
• Plans may include a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription. Recurring charges continue until cancelled.
• Promotional discount codes are subject to their stated terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

SMS Communications

By submitting a form with SMS consent, you agree to receive text messages from Frontier Business Services regarding appointments, service updates, and customer communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Consent to SMS messages is not required to purchase services.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund amounts already paid unless required by law. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including attempting to disrupt, gain unauthorized access to, or interfere with our systems.

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontier Business Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
