Salesforce
If your team uses Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline, Frontier keeps it current. Every lead captured by the AI receptionist or intake form flows into Salesforce as a contact and opportunity — so nothing gets lost in an inbox or spreadsheet before someone has a chance to follow up.
How It Works
Frontier integrates with Salesforce via the REST API. When a new lead is captured, Frontier checks for an existing contact by email or phone, creates or updates it, and creates an associated opportunity with lead source, service requested, and contact details populated.
What Data Moves
- New AI-captured lead → Salesforce Contact + Opportunity
- Lead source tag → Salesforce Opportunity lead source field
- Service type → Salesforce Opportunity name and description
- Follow-up status → Salesforce Opportunity stage
What This Means for Your Business
- Sales team wakes up to overnight AI-captured leads already in Salesforce
- Lead source reporting in Salesforce shows which leads came from the AI receptionist
- No more emailing lead lists to a Salesforce admin for manual import
- Opportunity stage updates in Salesforce as leads move through follow-up sequences
Common Questions
Which Salesforce editions support this?
Salesforce Professional and above include API access. We use the Salesforce REST API, which is available on those tiers.
Can it update existing contacts?
