Payments
Stripe
Getting paid faster starts with making it easy for customers to pay. Frontier uses Stripe to send a payment link the moment a job is booked — so deposits, retainers, and service fees arrive before the tech shows up, not weeks after.
How It Works
Stripe is Frontier's native payment processor. After booking or estimate confirmation, Frontier can send a Stripe payment link via email or SMS. Payment status webhooks update your Frontier dashboard and CRM in real time — you always know who has paid.
What Data Moves
- Job booked → Stripe payment link sent to customer
- Payment received → Frontier dashboard updated as paid
- Payment failed → retry notification sent to customer
- Refund issued → status updated in Frontier and accounting system
What This Means for Your Business
- Collect a deposit the moment a job is booked — before any work is done
- Send payment links by SMS so customers pay from their phone in 30 seconds
- Know at a glance which jobs are paid, pending, and overdue
- Reduce invoice chasing — customers pay immediately when the link arrives after job completion
