Zapier

If you use a tool that Frontier doesn't yet have a native integration for, Zapier fills the gap. Frontier exposes webhooks that trigger Zaps when leads are captured, jobs booked, or statuses change — giving you point-and-click connections to thousands of tools without any custom code.

How It Works

Frontier fires webhooks when key events occur: new lead captured, appointment booked, job completed, follow-up sent. You connect those webhooks to Zapier triggers, and Zapier routes the data to your chosen apps — Google Sheets, Monday.com, Airtable, Notion, or anything else in the Zapier library.

What Data Moves

  • Frontier event → Zapier trigger → your chosen app
  • New lead webhook → Zapier → Google Sheets row
  • Booked appointment → Zapier → Airtable record
  • Completed job → Zapier → custom CRM or database

What This Means for Your Business

  • Log every new lead to a Google Sheet for simple pipeline tracking
  • Push Frontier events to project management tools like Monday.com or ClickUp
  • Connect Frontier to niche industry tools that don't have native integrations
  • Build custom multi-step Zaps that chain Frontier with other automation tools

Common Questions

Does using Zapier require a paid Zapier plan?

Zapier's free plan supports simple two-step Zaps. Multi-step Zaps and faster polling require a paid Zapier plan.

Is Zapier slower than native integrations?

Zapier polls for changes every 1–15 minutes depending on your plan, vs. real-time for native integrations. For time-sensitive actions, native integrations are preferred.
